Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and attendance tracking.
Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
Oversee training and development initiatives.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information professionally.
