Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
Ensure full compliance with
UAE Labour Law
, company policies, and HR best practices
Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
Manage leave records, attendance, and employee data
Coordinate visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and MOHRE requirements
Support payroll coordination and ensure accuracy of employee records
Conduct HR orientation and assist with training and development initiatives
Maintain HR files and ensure confidentiality of employee information
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Handle HR reports and provide management with HR metrics when required
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum
2 years of HR experience in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
and HR compliance requirements
Experience with visa processing, MOHRE, and employee contracts
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Skills
Experience in HRMS systems
Multilingual skills (English mandatory; Arabic is a plus)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
