Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company and legal requirements
Draft and issue HR letters, memos, warning letters, NOCs, etc.
Handle employee relations and provide support in resolving staff queries
Coordinate with PRO on visa, labor, and immigration processes
Monitor attendance and leave records; support payroll preparation
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies
Support HR audits and documentation for ISO or regulatory needs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processes, and HR best practices
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
