HR Executive - Real Estate Recruitment

Parker Premier Real Estate is seeking a skilled HR Executive with experience in Real Estate recruitment to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations to ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Organize and conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage feedback. Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process aligned with company needs.

Onboarding & Documentation:

Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents. Coordinate pre-employment formalities.

HR Operations & Compliance:

Maintain and update the recruitment database and HR records. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. Assist in workforce planning and forecasting hiring needs.

Employer Branding & Employee Engagement:

Develop recruitment strategies to attract top real estate professionals. Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies and talent pools.

Requirements:

? Proven experience in real estate recruitment within the UAE.

? Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and interview processes.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes.

? Proficiency in HR software.

? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

? Bilingual - English & Arabic is a plus
