SRCC is currently looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Human Resources Executive to manage HR and payroll functions in full compliance with UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Compensation

Prepare and process monthly payroll on time, ensuring compliance with UAE Wage Protection System (WPS)

Accurately calculate overtime, deductions, end-of-service benefits (EOSB), and gratuity

Maintain salary records and ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections

Timekeeping & Attendance

Monitor and maintain daily attendance for site and office staff

Process leaves (annual, sick, emergency) and track absences

Ensure time-in/time-out data is up to date and accurate for payroll

HR & MOHRE Compliance

Handle employee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID coordination

Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labor Law and MOHRE rules, including contract types, working hours, rest days, and terminations

Coordinate with PRO for labor card, visa stamping, and MOL offer letters

Prepare and submit necessary MOHRE documentation when required

Employee Relations & Administration

Maintain and update employee records and files in accordance with UAE laws

Support recruitment and onboarding, including offer letters, contracts, and employee orientations

Address employee inquiries and concerns professionally and confidentially

Monitor and follow up on expiring contracts, visas, and medical insurance policies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent

Minimum 2-3 years' HR experience in the UAE construction industry

Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations

Experience using WPS-compliant payroll systems and HR software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
