Job Description

Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, payroll, compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports the organization in maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities: * Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, selection).
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires (documentation, orientation, induction).
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee queries and grievances.
  • Foster a positive work culture through engagement initiatives.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support performance appraisal processes.
  • Track employee performance and assist in feedback sessions.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and organize sessions.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Payroll & Attendance:
  • Assist in payroll processing and attendance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with leave policies.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:
  • Implement and communicate HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain employee records (physical & digital).
  • Handle exit formalities (clearance, exit interviews).
  • HR Reporting:
  • Prepare reports on recruitment, attrition, training, etc.
  • Analyze HR metrics for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in HR (generalist or specialized role).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS (e.g., SAP, Workday, Zoho).
  • Good organizational & problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR, HRCI).
  • Experience in [specific industry, e.g., IT, Manufacturing, Healthcare].
Work Environment:
  • Office-based, occasional travel for recruitment or training.
