HR Executive

to join our Human Resources team and support our company's people strategy.

Job Summary

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for executing core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about creating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Address employee queries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures. Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonus, leaves). Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure legal compliance with labor and HR regulations. Organize training and development programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role preferred. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Zoho. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
