Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Administer employee leaves, attendance, and payroll support
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Manage employee relations and resolve HR-related issues
Coordinate training sessions and development activities
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Assist with visa processing, renewals, and documentation
Requirements:
Female candidate, available to join immediately
Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Prior experience in an HR Executive or similar role
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
