Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Operations & Administration:
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Process payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance department.
Performance Management:
Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
Track employee progress and support professional development.
Policy & Compliance:
Ensure HR policies comply with legal regulations.
Educate staff on HR policies and procedures.
Engagement & Training:
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate training sessions and development programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
[2-5] years of experience in HR or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR software and systems (e.g., HRMS).
