. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for F&B staff, from job posting to onboarding
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with HR policies
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally
Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee performance
Monitor attendance, leaves, and ensure proper documentation
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives
Support payroll team with HR-related data and documentation
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment across all outlets
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory)
3 to 5 years of HR experience
in the
Food & Beverage (F&B)
industry (required)
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment
