HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in an organized manner
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Coordinate staff training, performance evaluations, and development programs
Handle employee queries related to HR, payroll, leave, and company policies
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company standards
Support payroll preparation by providing necessary employee information
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and disciplinary processes
Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives
Prepare HR reports for management review and decision-making
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or service industry
Strong knowledge of HR practices and Saudi labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
