Key Responsibilities:



Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Employee Mentorship & Career Development Interviewing & Onboarding HR Policy Implementation Culture Building & Engagement Performance Management Maintain and follow up on renewals of company documents, including CR, licenses, rent, and insurance policies

Requirements:



3-5 years of experience (strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, HR compliance standards, and relevant government portals) Specialized in Talent Acquisition & Employee Mentorship across GCC Led full-cycle recruitment for sales, logistics, and technical roles Designed mentorship and onboarding programs to boost retention and engagement Aligned HR strategies with regional labor laws and supported business growth Enhanced team performance through coaching and development initiatives
