immediately available HR Employee Relations and Welfare Officer
to improve employee satisfaction and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for workforce and oversee labor camp welfare and handle grievances of blue collar workers.
Ensure camp hygiene, safety and maintenance and resolve worker concerns fostering a positive work environment.
Coordinate with PRO for MOHRE, ICP and insurance procedures ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Organize training, safety briefings and employee engagement activities to facilitate employee development.
Maintain records of attendance, leave and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
Expertise over labor welfare policies and camp management.
At least 2 year experience in a similar role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 per month

Mussafah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
