Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with confidentiality and professionalism.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities to promote a positive work culture.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
Assist in performance management, employee onboarding, and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR-related reports.
Provide guidance and support to employees and line managers on HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Employee Relations within the UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and HR practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
