As our

HR Employee Engagement Specialist

, you'll lead efforts to strengthen team culture, improve internal communication, and support a workplace environment where employees feel connected, valued, and empowered to do their best work.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and evaluate employee engagement strategies and programs. Develop initiatives that support culture-building, recognition, wellness, and team development. Partner with managers and leadership to assess engagement metrics and recommend improvements. Coordinate internal communication strategies that align with company values. Plan and manage events, town halls, wellness activities, and team-building initiatives.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or organizational development. Strong understanding of employee lifecycle, culture strategy, and internal communications. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -- both written and verbal. Fluent in English; Must be available in UAE.
