Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day employee relations and provide HR support to staff.
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases accurately.
Support HR operations, including onboarding, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement activities and internal events.
Communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates effectively to employees.
Handle employee queries with professionalism and confidentiality.
Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law.
Requirements:
Nationality:
Emirati (UAE National)
Education:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Languages:
Excellent proficiency in
English and Arabic
(both written and spoken).
Skills:
Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters sensitively.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary:
AED 5,000 - 6,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
