:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with a background in the manufacturing or contracting industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR experience in the UAE and possess strong knowledge in all core HR functions, including:
Recruitment & onboarding
Employee relations & engagement
HR policy implementation
Attendance & leave management
Payroll support & HR Information System management
Performance management coordination
Visa processing & labor law compliance coordination
Offboarding & exit formalities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administrator or related field
Minimum 2 years UAE experience in a similar role
Familiarity with UAE labor law
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Arabic speaking preferred
