Job Summary



We are seeking a highly organized and personable

HR Coordinator

who is fully fluent in

Arabic and English

. In this role, you will support all aspects of our HR operations--recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative compliance--while acting as a cultural and linguistic bridge between our diverse workforce and management team.

Key Responsibilities



Bilingual Communication:

Serve as the first point of contact for employees in both Arabic and English, handling inquiries and providing HR guidance.

Recruitment Support:

Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates in both languages.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

Manage new-hire paperwork, orientation sessions, and exit interviews, ensuring all forms and materials are bilingual.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate employee records, process visa/work permits, track attendance, and update HR databases.

Employee Relations:

Facilitate clear, confidential communication between staff and management; assist in conflict resolution and performance review logistics.

Policy & Compliance:

Help draft, translate, and distribute company policies; ensure adherence to UAE labour laws and internal procedures.

Event Coordination:

Organize staff events, training workshops, and recognition programs, ensuring materials and communications are bilingual.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Fluent in Arabic and English

(both spoken and written)--strict requirement. 1-2 years' experience in an HR or administrative role, ideally within real estate or a professional services environment. Solid understanding of UAE labour regulations and HR best practices. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with HRIS/CRM platforms is a plus. Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information. Strong organizational and time?management abilities, with a proactive and solution?oriented mindset.
