We are looking for a dynamic HR & Management Consultant to advise clients on both human resource strategies and broader business operations. This role combines deep HR expertise with strong management consulting capabilities to help organizations improve performance, drive change, and achieve their strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on HR policies, talent management, organizational structure, and compliance
Conduct organizational assessments and design improvement strategies
Lead or support transformation initiatives, including change management and process optimization
Analyze business challenges and develop strategic, data-driven solutions across departments
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for leadership and staff
Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR strategy with overall business goals
Monitor project progress and deliver actionable insights and reports to clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred)
3-5+ years of combined experience in HR and management consulting
Proven track record in advising clients on both people and business strategies
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with HR systems, business intelligence tools, and change management methodologies

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
