Job Description

Assists the HR team to ensure that a full range of administrative and clerical support and information are available in the HR Department.
Handles ticket booking/requirements.
Performs and assist in all typing, and clerical jobs such as filing, sending faxes, e-mail for the HR department.
Prepares all Local Purchase Request for the HR Department including those of ticket PR/LPOs.
Handles Timekeeping, attendance, overtime, , extra hours application, overtime and other administrative works related to it, including compilation.
Maintains the log book for issuing passport / receiving passport and ensures passport inventory report is done
Conducts regular check at EDR and Staff Cafeteria and report any deviation to the policies and procedures.
Assists in maintaining cleanliness and inspection of Accommodation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
