Requirements
10+ years
experience, including
5+ years
in HR transformation or organization design.
Proven success in
competency-based frameworks
and workforce strategies.
Strong background in
government or law enforcement
HR programs.
Bachelor's in HR, Organizational Development, or Business (Master's preferred).
Arabic/English bilingual
desirable.
