Design the organizational structure, workforce model, and change management strategy for the
Cybercrime Center
, ensuring sustainable human capital and institutional readiness.Key Responsibilities
Develop the Center's structure, role hierarchy, and competency frameworks. Create job families, career pathways, and certification programs. Design performance and recognition systems for excellence. Lead change management and stakeholder communication plans. Support workforce planning and training partnerships.
Requirements
10+ years
experience, including5+ years
in HR transformation or organization design. Proven success incompetency-based frameworks
and workforce strategies. Strong background ingovernment or law enforcement
HR programs. Bachelor's in HR, Organizational Development, or Business (Master's preferred).Arabic/English bilingual
desirable.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
