The HRBP will be responsible for : HR Business Partner and advisor of all function heads as part of the management team. Effective management of all HR processes through the entire employment lifecycle, such as: - headcount planning and budgeting - end to end recruitment - onboarding - operation of performance management & succession planning - organizing employee events, identify training needs and organize professional trainings - build HR strategy based on KPIs - employee engagement, creating and operating retention policy - handling payroll preparations - labor law advisory Create documentation and contracts for promotions, transfers, new hires and terminations Creating and updating HR policies Mentor managers on employee development and performance management Analyze data trends and metrics to support business decisions Internal and external stakeholder management Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field. CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus Minimum 5 years HR experience required. Experience working in a similar role in a multi national organization within the UAE is a plus. Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers' compensation, UAE labor law. Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Arabic language is a plus.
