A core member of GCC HR team. Acts as HR business partner for business units and functions across 5 Gulf countries (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) to deliver value-added services to management and employees in alignment with our Company strategic objectives.
Consults and coaches managers on different HR processes such as talent management, organizational and cultural transformation, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor law, employees relations, miscellaneous HR solutions. Supports implementation of HR strategy, HR Operating Model in Gulf and GCC, acts as compliance steward in HR related matters.

Responsibilities:
Partners with divisional and business leaders and supports implementation of HR Strategy and programs across Gulf countries aligned with Company priorities
Analyzes people related trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies to support organization strategy and improve employees experience
Acts as a change agent for cultural transformation, building culture of diversity and inclusion
Designs and drives programs across Gulf/ GCC countries in the area of talent management, diversity and inclusion, Compensation & Benefits, in partnership with partners
Supports to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, maintains in-depth knowledge of labor law legal requirements & company SOPs
Supports implementation of organizational changes & workforce planning aligned with strategic priorities
Coaches managers on people related matters
Required Skills:
More than 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in HR function, preferably in multi-national corporate environment
Excellent communication, analytical and consulting skills.
Ability to develop a good understanding of business issues and identify and deliver HR solutions to meet business needs
Ability to understand data and propose data-driven solutions
Change Management
Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices
Understanding of Compensation & Benefits principles and market practices
Fluent English
Arabic would be an advantage
