  • Aligns the regional HR activities withthe business requirements.
  • Collaborates with Human ResourcesBusiness Partners and Center of Competence to execute projects.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legalrequirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legalrisks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department asneeded/required.
  • Ensures that the organization benefitsfrom overall HR corporate programs and services including but not limited torecruiting, talent development, performance management and shared services.
  • Sets up and executes regional HRprojects.
  • Supports employee relations initiativesand investigations.
  • Supports the structure and processesrelated to employee evaluations, merit, and succession planning.
  • Assists employees to resolve issues andanswer questions related to policies, HR initiatives, pay and benefits.
  • Partners with SR HR Business Partners tocreate HR strategies that help move the business forward and address anyissues.
Your Profile
  • Minimum Bachelor in subjects as HumanResources, business administration, management, law, or psychology etc.
  • 5\xe2\x80\x938-year experience as HR generalist inmultinational organization and matrix organization.
  • Very good English-speaking skills
  • Knowledge of the local Labour Code andlegislative framework related to employee-employer relationships.
  • Thorough understanding of HR practices,including HR IT tools and systems, compensation and benefits, performancemanagement and talent development.
  • International experience is a plus.
