About the job

The Huan Resources Business Partner will oversee the performance reviews, learning and development, and employee retention, as well as refine existing systems and procedures and communicate with key stakeholders within the organisation. This position will actively contribute to the translation of the business plans into talent, engagement, and organisational plans. Our HRBP will collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team to assist the organisation\'s growth in areas ranging from headcount planning and interviewing to job architecture design.

As our HR Business Partner, you will have these main objectives:

  • Collaborate with the business unit to gain in-depth expertise and a thorough understanding of company strategy, as well as to deliver HR strategy and initiatives inside the business unit.
  • Identify and diagnose organisational capability gaps based on knowledge of the business and team, offering long-term HR advise when necessary, such as organisational structure design, staffing, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and so on.
  • Understand the supported team\'s production connection and aid management in developing appropriate management and incentive mechanisms to improve organisational efficiency.
  • Assist business partners in establishing efficient organisational communication channels and building a resilient and cohesive team by paying attention to team culture.
  • Initiate and manage HR projects from start to finish to enhance and develop certain challenges.

  • Are degree-qualified with 5+ years of experience in HR business partnering or generalist experience is required.
  • Broad knowledge and practical expertise in at least three of the following areas: talent acquisition, organisational growth, leadership development, culture transformation, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Optimistic and collaborative - we\'re putting together a great team and searching for someone who is eager to roll up their sleeves and join us as we embark on this journey.
  • Have a proven record of successful digital B2B strategies and campaigns, with agency briefing and management experience.
  • Self-starter, quick learner and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
