Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner is actively involved with day-to-day activities within the Human Resources [HR] Department. or HR Manager to provide support to client's needs in human resources related to issues such as employment administration, recruitment and selection, employee relations, relocation, ex-pat administration, compensation & merit, and global performance appraisal process. What You Will Do:
  • Communicate fundamental HR concepts, policies, programs, practices, and procedures to clients to ensure an understanding of and compliance with HR requirements within the company.
  • Ensures uniform employment practices throughout the organization in compliance with government-mandated policies, laws, or other governing employment regulations or procedures as applicable.
  • Provides employee relations support, including performance management, to management by communicating HR-related policy, procedure, and initiatives to specific client group(s).
  • Conduct independent employee relations-related investigations as required.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees as appropriate. Prepares documentation as needed.
  • Participates, as needed, in support of recruiting and selecting qualified candidates, including offer creation.
  • Participate in the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
  • Administers and communicates employee relocation policies. Oversees the relocation process for new and transferring employees.
  • Reviews merit, promotional, and special salary increases within approved budgetary guidelines and according to established compensation policies.
  • Oversee the processing of pay increases to ensure consistent policy application and adherence to salary administration policies.
  • Review exit interviews for departing employees. Evaluate and identify issues and concerns; make recommendations for improvements and propose resolutions.
  • Ensure that all confidential information is handled in accordance with HIPPA, GDPR, and other data protection legislation. Oversee the processing of employee HRIS changes to ensure accuracy and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitates petitions for working visa renewals and permanent residence.
  • Provides various workforce reports for management review and analytical purposes, such as headcount reports, internal and external salary surveys, and other HRIS reports upon request.
  • Maintains an active awareness and continuing professional education of applicable HR-related legislation and initiatives.
  • Maintains the professional competence, knowledge, and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.
  • Performs other departmental tasks and/or participates in various projects as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications

What You Will Need:
Education & Experience
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3‒5 years of experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Broad technical knowledge of the laws and regulations surrounding human resources policies and practices in the assigned country.
  • Excellent human relations and people-sensitive skills with the ability to interact effectively with various levels of employees, including management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be able to work under constant deadlines and have the ability to handle multiple duties.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
