Job Description
Hiring HRBP for a Leading Manufacturing company in Dubai. REQUIREMENT : HRBP mainly focused Manufacturing industries experience and handled more of blue collar employs in the factory or industries are preferred in the role. Responsibilities:
- Developing the HR agenda.
- Should have experience in manufacturing industries and sales.
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
- Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
- Managing staff wellness initiatives.
- Improving relations between staff and employers.
- Evaluating staffing needs.
- Managing and allocating HR funds.
- Engaging with heads of department.
