Job Description

The objective of an HRBP job is to support the achievement of the organization objectives through the provision of a comprehensive Human Resources Advisory service to the BU. The HRBP will attend and support the operational sites to ensure the provision of guidance and advice on all HR issues in line with the HR Corporate Strategy. v Work closely with the corporate HR Team to align on activities and initiatives. v Single point of contact on BU level to all HR related activities and initiatives on the BU Level. v Monitor the BU HR KPIs on monthly basis and report the same to GM and HR Corporate v Cascade Corporate HR initiative like Performance Appraisal, Medical Insurance, HR policies and Procedures, HR ERP and other HR initiatives. v Analyze and advise to the GM HR related activities like salary increments, successors, Performance Improvement Plans, recruitment and selection of suitable candidates. v Uses the HR information systems to access, input and compile data on BU Level. v Identifying training and development needs in the BU and report the same to HR Corporate. v Managing staff relationships, responding to any HR related queries or challenges that they have and managing their expectations. v Works closely with BU personnel to improve relations between employees and management, like oversees grievance procedures, investigate employee disciplinary actions and facilitate conflict resolutions. v Support BU employees in all related medical insurance topics and escalate only to Corporate when needed. v Acting as the only point of contact for hiring managers, employees and other HR team members. v Conducting job evaluations along with the HR Corporate team when needed. v Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes. v Updating and maintaining the HR Information System data. v Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices in coordination with the HR Corporate team. Bachelor's degree in HR / Public Administration / Business Administration preferred l Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into operational model. l Professional knowledge in financial planning, strategic financial management, financial analysis, risk l management, strategic planning & balance scorecards, IFRS. l Change management skills. l English language proficiency. l Ability to drive organizational growth and change. l Strong communicator/communication skills know how to get the message across effectively Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
