The Role
Position Title: HR Business Partner Employment Type: Full Time Salary: 11K AED all inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the client: Leading hospitality company with catering, restaurant and cloud kitchen operations in Abu Dhabi : . Responsible for business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. . Work closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability . Plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives . Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. . Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations. . Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required. . Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions). . Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation and develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers . Develop the HR agenda, HR strategies, policies, and practices. . Improve and monitor employee productivity, Structure compensation and benefit packages, Improving relations between staff and employers. . Oversee recruitment efforts, managing and allocating HR funds.
Requirements
Qualifications: . At least 2 years of experience in the same role . Experience from hospitality, F&B, and/or catering companies are preferred . Has working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, , employee and union relations, diversity, performance management and UAE Labor law . Immediately joiners will be prioritized
