Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for all employees.
Verify attendance, overtime, leave records, and other inputs for payroll accuracy.
Ensure all salary adjustments, benefits, and deductions are correctly recorded.
Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely salary disbursement.
Maintain and update employee payroll data in the HR/payroll system.
Ensure payroll processing complies with Qatar Labour Law and company policies.
Prepare monthly and ad hoc payroll reports for management.
Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR or payroll functions, preferably in Qatar.
Knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and payroll procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular) and HR/payroll software.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
