Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes including posting jobs, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Prepare employment contracts and related HR documents
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees
Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations
Coordinate with management on HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
Female, fluent in
Arabic
and
English
(spoken and written)
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles in the UAE is an advantage
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
