Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of HR administrative tasks, help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations, and assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment processes: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates Maintain employee records (digital and physical) and ensure accuracy and confidentiality Help onboard new hires and coordinate orientation sessions Handle employee queries about HR policies, procedures, and benefits Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and letters Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in an administrative role (HR experience is a plus) Familiarity with HR software and systems. Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
