Amalgam Group of Companies is hiring an HR Assistant for our Office at Umm Al Quwain.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee personal documents (hard and soft copy).
Maintain accurate attendance, overtime, leave, and absence records.
Coordinate for visa processing, medical tests, and Emirates ID applications etc.
Preparing appointment letters and / or any other HR related documents.
Respond to employee queries and provide general HR assistance.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information professionally.
Requirements/Skills:
Entry level - 1 year of experience in HR, administrative or support role, preferably within the UAE.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Proactive and collaborative team player.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
