Key Responsibilities
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests.
Maintain accurate digital and electronic employee records.
Assist with the recruitment process including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, reference checks, and preparing employment contracts.
Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Oversee completion of compensation and benefits documentation.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and training sessions.
Prepare and submit regular reports on HR activities.
Assist in employee relations and HR policy implementation.
Handle attendance and leave records.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company standards.
Keep updated with latest HR trends and best practices.
Coordinate with departments for HR operational support.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field (essential).
Minimum
1-2 years of HR experience in Retail FMCG
(essential).
Strong knowledge in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
.
Good understanding of labor law and employment regulations.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred
Language:
Fluent in Hindhii
& English
Experience in HRMS or HR software (added advantage).
