We are a construction company based in Sharjah, currently seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of HR experience in the construction sector, with a strong understanding of UAE Labour Law. A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various construction roles.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up with candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital and physical files).
Ensure proper filing of employment contracts, visa documents, and labour cards.
Manage leave records, and personal files.
Assist in gathering attendance and overtime reports for payroll processing.
Support administration of employee benefits like health insurance, leave entitlements, and end-of-service benefits.
Coordinate with the PRO for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID formalities.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
