Prepare and draft employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related correspondence in line with UAE labour regulations.
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases (both electronic and physical).
Assist in processing new hires, visa renewals, cancellations, and other government-related HR procedures.
Track employee attendance, leave balances, and overtime records for payroll preparation.
Coordinate with PRO and management on HR documentation and approvals.
Support in recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Handle employee inquiries with confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate from a recognized university.
Proven experience in administrative or HR support roles (experience in a corporate or legal setting is an advantage).
Excellent command of
English and Arabic
, both written and spoken.
Valid
UAE Driving License
.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
Flexibility with working hours, including occasional weekends if required.
