We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin cum HR Assistant to support both administrative and human resources functions in the company. The role involves managing office operations, assisting in HR processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation (physical and digital).
Assist in HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records management.
Prepare letters, reports, memos, and internal correspondence.
Coordinate with departments for HR and administrative support.
Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes when required.
Liaise with external parties such as suppliers, service providers, and government offices when necessary.
Support management with reports, data compilation, and follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour laws.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in administration and/or HR support.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good written and verbal communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
