Draft contracts, legal submissions, and authoritative legal opinions in adherence to UAE government and corporate regulations.
Prepare, review, and maintain correspondence, reports, and confidential documents.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional image of the company.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.
Type, proofread, and format official documents and reports.
Order and manage office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
Support in managing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) as required.
Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Executive Operations Officer.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate from a recognized university.
Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles (experience in a corporate or legal environment is an advantage).
Excellent command of
English and Arabic
, both written and spoken.
Valid
UAE Driving License

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a heavy workload and meet deadlines.
