to support our finance and HR functions in a fast-paced interior, contracting, joinery, and fit-out environment. The candidate will handle day-to-day accounts, HR administration, and coordination with employees, suppliers, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage insurance, medical coverage, and End of Service settlements
Handle leave requests and leave settlements
Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies
Manage monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, allowances, deductions, and reporting
Assist with accounts payable and receivable
Maintain financial records, invoices, and petty cash
Prepare basic reports, reconciliations, and expense tracking
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for payments
Liaise with external accountants and auditors when required
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree
in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
2+ years of experience in HR and Accounting
Knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processes
Familiarity with HR practices and labor regulations
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
