: Job Purpose: The HR Assistant - Onboarding is responsible for facilitating and managing the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company. This role will focus on creating a positive candidate experience, coordinating documentation, and aligning all internal stakeholders for effective integration of new employees, in compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations. II Key Job Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding logistics including orientation sessions, document verification, and new hire announcements.
Prepare and process new hire documentation in accordance with internal policies and UAE employment laws.
Serve as the first point of contact for new employees, addressing inquiries and providing support throughout the onboarding process.
Collaborate with various departments (IT, Admin, Payroll) to ensure timely setup of workstations, system access, and employment benefits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee onboarding activities and checklists.
Ensure all onboarding materials (handbooks, forms, presentations) are current and aligned with organizational policies.
Follow up with new hires post-joining to gather feedback and assist in early-stage integration.
Support HR team in reporting onboarding metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Comply with Emiratization policies and support initiatives to enhance the onboarding experience for Emirati nationals.
Assist in conducting background checks and reference verification as required.
III Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience in HR support or onboarding, preferably within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment best practices.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with new hires and internal teams.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proactive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
