Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office / Admin / HR Assistant to support our daily office operations and support HR Manager in HR functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow across administration, HR, and office management tasks while maintaining a professional and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to management and staff.

Company licenses renewals

Vehicles renewals / records

Maintain office record, files, HR files, and databases.

Document Management (Soft copies and hard copies)

Assist in recruitment: scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.

Assist HR Manager in employee onboarding, licensing, visa processing, medicals, and related documentation.

Prepare HR letters, memos, and correspondence.

Manage office operations including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.

Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor law.

Assist in organizing meetings, trainings, and company events.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in HR, administration, or office management (healthcare industry experience is mandatory).

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR procedures.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Document Management skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
