HR Assistant - Recruitment and Onboarding Support Dubai
Position Overview
We are seeking an HR Assistant to provide end-to-end support for recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes. This role is vital for ensuring compliance with HR standards, managing employee files, and supporting smooth operational workflows for new hires.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, managing logistics, and printing required materials
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates within 1 working day to confirm interviews and joining dates
• Support onboarding for new hires, including issuing offer letters, preparing ATAs, and processing visa applications
• Assist onboarding activities across company divisions to ensure a seamless experience for new employees
• Organize and photocopy all new joiner documents and submit them to payroll, medical, and insurance teams within internal deadlines
• Maintain accurate hardcopy employee files for active and inactive staff as per policy, ensuring audit readiness
• Track employee file movement using a proper system to prevent delays or misplacement
• Participate in monthly HR audits and contribute to maintaining compliance scores

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or recruitment coordination
• Knowledge of document control and personal file management is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience handling basic office equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
