Key Activities / Components
Learning & Development:

• Design and implement regional training programs aligned with business needs and HQ direction
• Manage execution of training programs and analyze results across subsidiaries
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and support regional HR teams
• Organize onboarding, promotion, and e-learning activities
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development plans

Career Development and Assessment Centers

• Develop and manage career development frameworks and pathways
• Support succession planning and internal mobility initiatives
• Facilitate career coaching and mentoring programs
• Develop and manage structured Assessment Centers to evaluate competencies, leadership potential, and readiness for career progression.

Regional HR Support & Reporting

• Establish regional yearly Talent Management Plan
• Collaborate with regional HR teams to support TNA and development planning
• Prepare management reports on talent metrics and program outcomes
• Ensure alignment with global HR strategies and compliance with local regulations
• 8-12 years' relevant HR experience is required
• At least Bachelor's Degree (MBA, MA in Human Resources is preferred)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and Proficiency in HRIS systems (LMS)
• Relationship with Assessment Centers for Career Progression
