Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
Maintain employee records and update HRMS system accurately.
Support payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and reports.
Handle employee queries and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of HR experience in the UAE
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HRMS software and MS Office applications.
Basic understanding of UAE Labour Law.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
