Admin and accountant assistant
Duties & Responsibilities
1.Prepare and support for admin related work as well as office equipment procurement
2.HR support such as leave balance inquiry and attendance
3. Assist Senior Manager - finance and HR, admin for the job what is requested mainly for HR, admin but not limited to and sometimes on finance.
4.Manage suppliers and support for smooth office work.
5.Support for ISO and quality related report requested by EHQ
6. Secretary job such as hotel booking, flight booking and schedule management
Requirements:
Good English Communication Skills
Can understand what was told and can work what was requested
Timely response
Quick learner and think about what to do if the job is similar
Creative mind
Freshers can't apply. Minimum 1 year experience of admin required.
Package - AED 3000
It is not negotiable.
