Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Employee Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
Records Management:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Payroll Assistance:
Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee time records and attendance data.
Benefits Administration:
Assist employees with benefits inquiries and help manage enrolment in medical health insurance (addition, deletion, amendment), handle all business trips bookings (hotels, Airline, etc.) as per the policy and highlight all challenges and concerns to the management.
Policy Implementation:
Help disseminate HR policies and procedures to staff, ensuring understanding and compliance.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, addressing concerns and escalating issues as necessary.
Training and Development:
Assist in organizing training sessions when needed and professional development opportunities for employees.
Reporting and Data Entry:
Prepare HR reports and maintain databases, ensuring accurate and timely data entry. Perform other tasks assigned by the Direct Line Manager Years of Experience:
Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same or related HR/ clerical role
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR, is advantageous.
Internships or volunteer work in HR functions may also be considered.
