Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
Assist in recruitment: job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR correspondence
Support payroll coordination and salary data preparation
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Address employee queries related to HR matters
Coordinate training and performance appraisal processes
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred)
Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
