Post job ads and screen CVs.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Support onboarding of new hires (documents, orientation).
Employee Relations
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies.
Assist in organizing company events and training sessions.
Support performance appraisal administration.
Compliance
Ensure all employee documents are complete and updated.
Follow HR policies, procedures, and labor law requirement
. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of HR experience (fresh graduates accepted).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel - Word - PowerPoint).
Good command of English (spoken & written).
It is preferred that he/she be from the Philippines.
