Organise, sort, and file documents (physical and electronic) in an orderly and systematic manner.
Preparing Employment contracts for Labors
Retrieving files and documents upon request of authorised personnel.
Maintaining records of incoming and outgoing documents mainly passports.
Label, scan, and index documents accurately in the document management system.
Ensure secure storage and confidentiality of sensitive files.
Perform regular audits of files to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Update filing systems as required (archiving, disposing of old records, etc.).
Assist in scanning and distributing documents when needed.
Coordinate with departments to collect required documents.
Support administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience from UAE working as HR.
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Good skills in using MS .office
Must have UAE Driving license
