Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
Assist with preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents.
Support processing of visa, medical, and other government-related documentation (varies by region).
Prepare HR-related letters such as salary certificates, NOCs, and memos.
2. Onboarding
Facilitate onboarding of new employees, ensuring completion of required forms and inductions.
3. Employee Relations & Support
Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and benefits.
Support coordination of trainings, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
Help organize site visits to support HR-related needs at project locations.
4. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure HR documents comply with company policies and local labor laws.
Maintain accurate filing systems for audits and inspections.
Support HR Manager with periodic reports (headcount, turnover, leave balances, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of HR experience
, preferably within a construction or contracting company.
Knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee files).
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
